III. Registration Info
(A) Methods
- General: Official website/mini-program, Changsha Bank APP/WeChat, "Digital Heartbeat" or "Mararun" APP
- Elites: Invitation only per World Athletics/CAA rules
(B) Process
Platform → Register → Select event → Answer questions → Agree to documents → Submit info → Pay → Wait for draw
